Health Choice Generations now accepts all professional (837P) and institutional (837I) claims electronically. If you submit claims using a clearinghouse, you can add payor ID 62180 to your billing system. Health Choice Generations (HCG) is excited to offer this new resource for our providers!

The HCG Provider Portal has been designed with you in mind. Our goal for the site is twofold.

We want to assist you with reducing administrative burdens by streamlining processes and providing a one-stop-"resource shop" saving you time and money.

We want to provide you with the tools you need so you can make the best decisions for your patients.

Included in this site, and accessed through a secure portal, is patient data such as claims history and prior authorizations. In addition, you will find forms, newsletters, the HCG Provider Manual, continuing education information and links to other medical and dental information.

HCGenerations.com Account Holders

In an ongoing effort to improve Health Choice's on-line web-based services, we have designed and built a brand new "single sign on" secure Provider Portal that allows access to both our Medicare (Health Choice Generations - HCG) and Medicaid (Health Choice Arizona - HCA) lines of business.

The previous system, while satisfactory, only allowed access to information within the Medicare business. Those Providers also contracted with our Medicaid side had to use a separate website. This other website was designed, built, and hosted by an outside company, and suffered from several drawbacks, drawbacks that prompted us to design and build "in-house" this new system which is vastly improved, more tightly integrated with our core business systems, and will expand with new features over time.

Currently registered HCG Account Holders will not need to re-register to use the new system; however, providers that were also account holders on our Medicaid website (or dual contracted Providers) will need to follow the on screen prompts within the Provider Portal to register to view our Medicaid information. We apologize for this inconvenience, and assure you this is a one time requirement.
