By contracting with a broad array of contracted specialists, hospitals, and ancillary services guaranteeing your patients access to the care they need.

And, Health Choice is committed to making your job easier by reducing administrative burdens and keeping the lines of communication open. In addition, you will have a Network Services Representative assigned to you whose sole purpose is to help you with whatever you need whether it is an in-service visit, resolving any questions or problems you may have, or to just help you navigate through CMS and the Medicare system.
